Normally feedback is only being shared when things are not going well. Today I want to share feedback with you because something went extremely well.
Since we are finally going to launch our BPF to our users, the weekend busy with preparation work. We found out that a button that was needed for this preparation work was missing in the CRM. Normally on a weekend you can’t reach out to your agency since everyone is with their families. Dennis posted this issue in a Teams chat and Ridvan immediately realized the importance. He solved it within a couple of minutes.
Thanks to the great Direction team for being there for us even on weekends!

The feedback on the dashboards was really good. The MOH team are really excited about the final result and they want to able to sustain in the long term the dashboards not only for COVID but also for other diseases.

I have had the pleasure of working closely with the creative team at Direction Mobile Division on our gaming project and have found the team to be very understanding of our needs and requirements. Their design skills in both 2D and 3D artwork has been exceptional and have taken welcome feedback on our needs to produce some creative design work. I can certainly recommend their work which is of a high quality, within budget and very efficiently produced when working to tight deadlines and deliverables.
