Tier 1 - Implementation Package - $ 5,000

Direction has designed an Implementation package for organizations that only require set up & implementation services and training for the Financial Modules.
We will help you to create a robust implementation of Dynamics 365 for Business Central. And also Train the trainer on the Financial Modules.

Tier 2 - Implementation Package - $ 10,500

Direction's Tier 2 Implementation Package includes everything in Tier 1.
Additionally Direction will assist in the implementation of the distribution modules including Purchase Order, Sales Order, and Inventory.
Clients will also receive the rest of the Dynamics 365 suite of modules as listed below.

Step 1: Design & Document

Step 2: Configure    
Provide templates for import of Masters like Customer, Vendor & Chart of Accounts/Data Migration
System Design Document
Setup GL Account Structure, Payment Terms, Shipment Methods, etc.
Create Test Database & configure on the basis of the Client’s requirement
Import Master Data provided by client
Creation of Custom Format for 1 check report
Create default Financial Reports – Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Reviewing & recommending best practices for the structure of Chart of Accounts
Configure Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing and Inventory Management
Creation of Custom Format for 1 Sales Invoice & 1 Purchase Order report
Create up to 6 / 20 users (additional scope required for more users) 6 users 20 users
Step 3: Train and Test    
To train the Trainer on basic AR, AP, GL and BR processes of the Financial Management Module
Train on Basic Sale Order, Invoicing, Cash Receipts, AR Aging
Train on Purchase Order, Accounts Payable, Payments, AP Aging
Train on Receipt and shipments of Items, Inventory Valuation
Train on General Ledger Transactions and Financial Reports
Create UAT Checklist and Initial Instructions Guide
Provide Support to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Step 4: Go Live    
Import Master Data provided by client for Go-Live
Configure the Production system as per Client’s UAT sign-off
Go-Live Support
Direction must be the partner of record and the Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft for license
All custom functionality and reports are not included and need to be quoted separately
Configurations will be done once for Test Company and once for Live Company
One company database will be created (additional companies are an additional cost)
Includes system analysis, fit/gap process
System modifications or integrations NOT included (available if requested for additional fees)

This package builds upon the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Implementation Packages.
